Sir Ervin is the founder & CEO of 9.0 Niner. He is a proud alumnus of the University of the Philippines where he earned a magna cum laude standing and was conferred a degree in communication research. He has been involved in preparing candidates for the IELTS since 2006. He has taken the examination and has gotten perfect marks in listening, reading, and speaking.
